1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within United States , and offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Meloz Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@melozshop.com within 48 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For lost packages, contact our customer service at info@melozshop.com  We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
